Breakfast of Champions

- Fresh Origins MicroFlower™ Star Flowers™
- 2 oz Castries Peanut Rum Creme
- 3/4 oz Kahlua
- 1 Tblsp of Chairman’s Reserve Rum
- 3 oz oat milk
- 3/4 oz chopped banana
- 1/2 oz maple syrup grade B
- 1 tsp golden raisins
- Maple-Pecan Cereal
Pour all the ingredients into a shaker, add ice, shake and double strain into a martini glass. Garnish with MicroFlower™ Micro Star Flower™ and mixed berries.

Mayahuel

- 2 Fresh Origins TinyVeggies™ Fennel Root (1 for garnish and 1 for ingredients)
- 1 oz lime juice
- 1 oz fresh pineapple juice
- ¾ oz agwa
- ¼ oz ricard
- 2 oz siembra azul blanco
- ½ oz simple syrup
Pour all the ingredients into a shaker, add ice, shake and double strain into a martini glass. Garnish with 1 Fresh Origins TinyVeggies™ Fennel Root and mixed berries.

CC (Bicentennial) with Gold Sage Tops

- Fresh Origins Sage Gold Tops
- 1 tbs of Huitlacoche
- 3 Blackberries
- ½ oz Junior Merino-Dainzu agave nectar
- ¾ oz Pom juice
- ¾ oz Fresh lime juice
- ½ oz Kahlua
- 1 ½ oz Siembra Azul Tequila Reposado
Muddle the blackberries and the huitlacoche in a shaker, add the rest of the ingredients, ice, shake and double strain over ice. Garnish with Fresh Origins Sage Gold Tops which will add an extra layer of aroma and complexity.

Porfiriato with Basil Blossoms

- 1/2 oz orange juice
- 1/2 oz pink grapefruit juice
- 1/2 oz Dainzu Aloe Vera & Lemongrass Syrup
- 1 1/2 oz brut champagne
- 1/4 oz lemon juice
- 1 1/2 oz Siembra Azul Blanco
- 1 oz Jarritos Toronja (grapefruit soda)
Chill all ingredients first. Build cocktail in a large wine glass and stir gently. Garnish with small slices of orange, lime, lemon, sugar cane, and one tejocote.
This cocktail was designed to acknowledge the French influence within Mexican history, from 1876-1911 under the regime of Jose de la Cruz Porfirio Diaz Mori. This cocktail is a great example of fusion, meshing the tradition and spirit of Mexico (tequila) with the heart of France (champagne).

The Big Apple
- 2 oz Hudson Whiskey
- 1/2 oz grilled apple juice
- 1/2 oz cinnamon syrup
- 3/4 oz fresh lime juice
- 1/4 oz Xtabentun Mayan Liqueur
- 1 dash of Junior Merino Roasted Apple & Toasted Spices Bitters
Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass. Add ice and strain into a rocks glass rimmed with Fresh Origins Mini Flower Crystals® Fennel and garnish with a Fresh Origins Apple Mint top.
