Vanilla Bean Espresso Martini
Ingredients

Fresh Origins Micro Flowers Blend™

2 oz Vodka
-
1 oz Espresso
-
0.5 oz Coffee Liqueur

0.5 oz Vanilla Bean Syrup*
*Vanilla Bean Syrup Recipe:
- 1 qt water
- 1 qt sugar
- 1 whole vanilla pod
- Method: Combine sugar and water in a medium saucepan. Scrape seeds out of vanilla pod, then incorporate seeds and the pod husk with the sugar and water mixture. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Once boiling, remove from heat and let cool before storing in an airtight container and refrigerating.
Method

Add vodka, espresso, coffee liqueur, and vanilla bean syrup in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.

Cover and shake vigorously until very well chilled, about 20 seconds.

Quickly and using a cocktail strainer, pour mixture into a coupe glass.

Select a variety of blooms from Fresh Origins Micro Flowers Blend and place them methodically on one half of the cocktail’s foam.
