Fresh Origins Farm produces the very best MicroGreens, PetiteGreens and Edible Flowers. Located near San Diego, California, we enjoy one of the finest growing climates in the world. Year-round mild sunny weather is the ideal environment to produce strong, healthy, highly flavored microgreens. Daily planting throughout the year ensures consistent availability.
When the growing cycle is complete, special care and attention in harvesting and packing results in extraordinary quality and freshness that outlasts most others. This allows for successful shipments to all parts of the country.
Our exclusive Micro Intensity MixTM. is a highly flavorful blend of 15-20 different tiny herbs and greens. The resulting aromatic experience will make your taste buds stand up and take notice! We have an extensive list of individual Micro Greens, including several mixes available year-round.
Our signature item is Petite Season's MixTM. Petites are much larger than MicroGreens with more flavor and durability. Our Petites are the next step beyond micros. Their texture and taste and are creating quite a buzz among today's top chefs. Petites are harvested while still young and tender and are used for eating fresh in salads or as a garnish since they do not have the bitterness and toughness found in mature cooking herbs and greens.
 Petite Season's MixTM is a blend of several tender herbs and greens creating a fantastic array of colors and textures with sensational opportunities to enhance the finest dishes.
Chefs who appreciate using MicroGreens will find tremendous culinary versatility with our Petites. These are much more substantial in structure and flavor and add a very sophisticated touch to any entree including deserts.
For very premium, upscale salads, our TenderGreens line is just the thing. These large leafy greens have tremendous flavor and stay firm and fluffy even after dressing is applied. The presentation is dramatic!
Our MiniCrownTMseries is harvested just after the first 3 or four leaves emerge on the very young plant. The entire plant is clipped intact, leaves still attached.
MicroFlowersTM is our latest innovation in edible flowers. These tiny jewel-like flowers are fantastic for even the smallest culinary creations
